SUMMER SERIES - MANLY DAM

A scenic start finish area on the shores of the dam, plus a mix of technical single trails, waterfalls, fire trails, and lovey dam views.

The main car park and event assembly area is at the end of King Street off Condamine Street. Parking is available on streets in the lead up to the Dam precinct, or within the Dam precinct. Note, gates open at 7am.

​

Public transport: there are three bus stops in the vicinity of the start/finish at Manly Dam - King St, Arana St and Gibbs St. Check Tripplanner for details, but first services usually arrive at the area at 5.45am.

Cut-off times

​The 20km long course will have a 3hr cut off at 15km. If you have not made cut off at this point, you will be driven back to the start / finish area.

​​

The 30km extra long course will have a 4hr cut off in place at 25km.​​

FREE post-race brekky

There will be a full recovery station at the end of the race with fruit, Tailwind Nutrition and water.

 

+ we also have bacon and egg sandwiches on the BBQ.

Prizes

Presentation will be held at ~9:30am - you must be there to receive your prize!

- Prizes are for first three male/female in each event.

​

- Series prizes are awarded at the final race of the series for the top three total times - you must have entered in a series bundle (3 x 9km, 3 x 11km or 2 x 20km +1 x 30km) and completed all three races.
