1. Drinking vessel​
Sydney Trail Series is a cup-free event as part of our commitment to reducing waste. Water & Tailwind Nutrition will be available at the start/finish and on-course — but please BYO water bottle, hydration pack or collapsible cup to drink from.
Need one? Tailwind reusable speed cups will be available for purchase on the day — and are free for the first 150 bundle entrants.
2. Mobile phone
It's a good idea to carry one, just in case - emergency contacts are listed on the back of your bib.​

3. Trail shoes
We recommend running in shoes designed for the trails to minimise injury, or at minimum a pair of running shoes with good tread (not your oldest most worn out pair!). Wearing a pair of longer socks is also helpful on the trails.

Can I register on the day?
Yes, on the day registrations are available, please refer to the Race Timetable to know when registrations open. Registrations will close 15 minutes prior to the race start. On the day entry fees can befound here. We will accept both cash and credit card payments.

Where are the aid stations?

When are prizes issued?
Prize giving takes place at the race presentation (please refer to the Race Timetable for times). You must be at the race presentation to collect your prize. We are unable to post prizes after the event.

Where can I park?
There is plenty of parking within the St Ives Showground precinct or streets in the lead up to Manly Dam

Are there toilet and shower facilities nearby?
Yes, toilets are a short walk from the start / finish area.
St Ives showers: available at the grandstand of the main arena
Manly Dam showers: take a quick dip in the dam, then find the shower in the accessible toilet.
