SPRING SERIES - ST IVES

A bushy setting utilising the diverse trails of the St Ives Wildflower Gardens. The long course takes in some tough terrain through Ku-ring-gai National Park, with some steep and technical trails, as well as some scenic single trail along Cowan Creek.​​​

Public transport: Nearest bus stops are Mona Vale Rd at Rosedale Rd or Opp St Ives Showground.​

  • A 3.5-hour cut-off applies at Aid Station 2 – Warrimoo Trail/Timbarra Rd (18.7km)

Extra Long Course (30km)

  • A 4.5-hour cut-off applies at the same Aid Station 2 – Warrimoo Trail/Timbarra Rd (24.7km)

FREE post-race brekky

There will be a full recovery station at the end of the race with fruit, Tailwind Nutrition and water.

 

+ we also have bacon and egg sandwiches on the BBQ.

Prizes

Presentation will be held at ~9:30am - you must be there to receive your prize!

​

- Prizes are for first three male/female in each event.

​

- Series prizes are awarded at the final race of the series for the top three total times - you must have entered in a series bundle (3 x 7km, 3 x 10km or 2 x 24km +1 x 30km) and completed all three races.
