
Refund policy
Pre-registered entry fee refunds will not be made if the participant is unable to attend on race day.

Participants can transfer their pre-registered entry to another race within the same season - these requests must be made at least 7 days before the event.
Participants can transfer their entry to someone else - these requests can be made up until race day, for a transfer fee of $10.

Participants can downgrade their event distance however will forfeit the price difference, these requests can be made up until race day by informing the Race Director. Similarly participants can upgrade their event distance by paying the price difference for the event.
Event Organisers reserve the right to alter the course without notice and/or cancel the event in consultation with, and under the direction of, emergency services agencies and major event stakeholders or landowners. In the unlikely circumstance that the event is cancelled for reasons outside of our control such as weather, fire, flood, Park closures or any other reasons, we will be unable to offer a refund of your entry fee, however please note we do endeavour to reschedule the event to the next best possible date as soon as we are made aware.
