SPRING SERIES - ST IVES

A bushy setting utilising the diverse trails of the St Ives Wildflower Gardens. The long course takes in some tough terrain through Ku-ring-gai National Park, with some steep and technical trails, as well as some scenic single trail along Cowan Creek.

Race start times

Please be at the start line 5 mins before your start time for race briefing

SEPTEMBER

7:00am - 24km (long)

8:00am - 7.5km (short) and 10km (medium) 

​

OCTOBER

6:30am - 24km (long)

7:30am - 7.5km (short) and 10km (medium) 

​

NOVEMBER

6:00am - 24km (long) and 30km (X-long)

7:00am - 7.5km (short) and 10km (medium) 

Cut-off times

The 24km long course will have a 3.5hr cut off in place at AS2 at Warrimoo Trail/Timbarra Rd at 18.7km. If you have not made cut off at this point, you will be driven back to the start / finish area.

The 30km extra long course will have a 4.5 hour cut off in place at AS2 at Warrimoo Trail/Timbarra Rd at 24.7km. If you have not made cut off at this point, you will be able to cross the finish line and have a result recorded for the 24km course.

If you choose to continue to run, you will do so at your own risk. You will need to hand over your race bib and notify staff.

Post-race brekky

There will be a full recovery station at the end of the race with fruit, Tailwind Nutrition and water. We will also have bacon and egg sandwiches on the BBQ.

Prizes

Presentation will be held at ~9:30am - you must be there to receive your prize!

Getting there

The event start and finish area is located in Picnic Area 3 of the St Ives Showgrounds precinct, which can be accessed from Mona Vale Road. There is plenty of parking available within the Showgrounds

SUMMER SERIES - MANLY DAM

A scenic start finish area on the shores of the dam, plus a mix of technical single trails, waterfalls, fire trails, and lovey dam views.
